Services
Once you've selected your menu, we can assist with any further
services needed. San Giovanni has a client list of reputable
services - party rentals, floral design, photographers, DJs/entertainers
that we work with on a regular basis and trust to refer to
our clients.
Let one
or more of our staff deliver, set-up, serve, bartend and clean-up
everything so you can enjoy yourself!
Servers/bartenders
- 25.00 per hour plus gratuities, 4 hr min.
Bus/expeditors
- 20.00 per hour plus gratuities, 4 hr min.
Catering/private
party Chef - available and required for certain
events (BBQs, on site cooking stations etc.) 150.00 flat fee.

& Payment Information
Once confirmed, your order will be invoiced in detail listing
food/beverages, quantities, pricing, event times - set up,
guest arrival, serving schedule and event location. Your invoice,
along with a minimum 10% non- refundable booking deposit,
will guarantee the event date and be the actual contract of
services once signed and returned.
Sales
tax and a 18% service charge will be added to all final statements.
A 50%
deposit of the full balance due, as well as a final guest
count/confirmation, must be received 2 weeks prior to the
event date. Remaining balance is due and payable on arrival
of event date. Cancellations less than 1 week prior to event
date subject to being non-refundable.
