The Italian BBQ features choices including Italian Trip-Tip, Italian sausage and Rosemary garlic roasted chicken grilled to perfection, served with a trio of sauces. Marsala mushroom, marinara with roasted peppers and a balsamic honey BBQ sauce. Choose from an infinite amount of side dishes and you have an Italian style feast. We'll provide disposable ware, buffet service tables and chairs if needed. Round out the BBQ with a delectable choice of homemade dessert choices and an array of beverage options for an entire catered event.

Our BBQ team of 2 (a grill chef & server), will deliver, setup, serve, breakdown & clean up your event. Our minimum order is 50 persons. Larger groups may require extra servers. Disposable papergoods and utensils (white) are included as well as all buffet tables & serving supplies. Tables & chairs can be rented for an additional charge.
